Hi, my name is Julian Sutter

No matter how many times one writes an about page, it  never seems to get easier.   So, I guess Ill start at the beginning.

I was born in Loma Linda, a small town in the middle of the Inland Empire or Southern California.  About the time I could walk without cracking my skull, we moved to a house near La Sierra University in Riverside.  This house served as a home base for my adventures up through the end of college when I moved out on my own.

At La Sierra University I bounced around majors for the first couple years.  After a year long trip to Argentina, were I studied Spanish in the same college my grandfather helped build, I came back to the states and focused on a Bachelors in Fine Art, Graphic Design.

Web Design and Rock Climbing

Upon finishing my degree, I started to work for a design firm in Riverside.   In the late summer of 2008 I was given the chance to start Zebra Kick with a couple business partners.  Zebra Kick an internet marketing company in Riverside, and I am glad to say has seen much growth since opening.

In the Spring of 2008, I was first introduced to rock climbing.  For the first couple years it was little more than an interesting way for me to get my daily exercise.  Starting in the winter of 2010, rock climbing became a driving force in my life.  I can say now that it has grown into a full blown obsession.
