Edgar Allan Poe Rap – Mr. Raven

Growing up I attended La Sierra Academy in Riverside.  A small school, known for great teachers and being one of the first local schools to establish a dress code.   Anyone who has attended La Sierra (and many who havn’t) may know Mr. Veglahn.  Although he did enjoy a successful singing career in the mid 70′s with a few christian albums it is his American Literature Rap that stands out above the rest.

Due to this early literature based rap influence, this song by MC Lars has a very special place in my heart.
